Overview
Location and design of utilities is critical to the ultimate success of the development. Water valves, manholes, fire hydrants and all other above ground and surface structures are placed with care into the overall context of the development.
In pedestrian walkways these items can be tripping hazards, while in parking areas or roadways they become traffic hazards. With every design there is a potential for future maintenance and/or expansion on utility systems, so we take this into account during utility design.
